Ike is SO cute.

Rex went glasses shopping with me.
I was singing oh what do you do in the summer time when all the world is green? Do you fish in a stream, or lazily dream, or watch as the clouds go by? If that's what you do so do I. A while after I finished Rex chimed in, "I hate fishing...I hate naps...I hate watching clouds. That is realllllly booooooooooaring! So lets not do them. OK? Lets only do fun stuff. OK? Can't we do something more fun this summer?" He decided going to Utah and going to nana's cabin, hang out with cousins and see grandma and grandpa was a good list and agreed to that.
Chloe had to make a box for Valentine's Day at school. We were talking about how having a theme and it making it easier to make something. Chloe decided a castle with a pyramid roof and turrets.
For the 100th day of school Made a 100 book and I though this page was super cute. Mike's fro is particularly awesome.

Chloe's drawing are AWESOME.
The finished product. When Chloe took her box to school all the kids were doting over it and she was just preening. She was proud as a peacock under all the praise. It was neat to see her proud of a good job and a lot of work. After she told me that none of the other kids had very good themes.

Rex kept bringing Mike crabs. He ended up with about 5 at a time.

Hanging out with Dri
Everyone had fun. Mike and I had a wonderful lunch and temple date. Dri is the best. I think it was a good Valentine's day for everyone.
Last weekend Mike hung out with the kids and they got doughnuts.
Chloe pretended to be a snail at Dri's.
