Mike has had to go to Poland for work. The night he was supposed to leave he came home late and we were visiting and decided to check on the kids who were bathing. I went upstairs and opened the bathroom door. I found a towel blocking the bottom of the door and 6 inches of water that quickly escaped to the rest of the house. It was so bad we had water on all three floors pooling. We spent hours mopping up the water with whatever we could find. It was a bad night, but I have to give it to the kids for the ingenuity. Mike just kept saying one day this will be funny. It might get to that point...one day.
Chloe loves to read. She reads all the time. Lots of times at night I find her reading instead of sleeping.
Mike left to Poland so the kids got ticks. These are the two little suckers I got off Ike. He had one behind his ear and one on his neck.

We went to Wiesbaden and visited the Horners. We shopped, played at the park,
ate ice cream,
had fun.

Aubrey and I went to Ikea to get curtains and I went to the snack bar to get ice cream. Well they had closed down the machines for the night. I thought I was getting these cinnamon covered bread that is yummy, but got us meatballs instead. It is a laugh with the language barrier.

The bakery. We walked to the bakery and got yummy bread. We sat and ate at one at a time three locals joined us and were very nice. Well ike finished his doughnut and walked around a little. He wondered and snuggled up to the German guy next to me and snuggled in. After a long second he looked up, and freaked out. He made me snuggle him very tight after that. It is fun to see how it doesn't matter we all speak a different language. We all sat there quiet watching ike waiting for the freak out and were not disappointed. We all had a good laugh.

Chloe: It is where they do experiments and make potions.
Me:Uhhhhh
Chloe: So Why Mom?
Me: Some people believe in both.
I have been working on putting stuff away. I have a lot of our art and stuff put away in the living room and it feels so nice.

It has been hard but good. It seem like when it is hard we see the lords hand in our lives more. We have been feeling his love and help a lot lately. Removing ticks, getting around, and getting things set up. We have been blessed. We are missing our loved ones and hope all of you know how much you are missed.
