March 2020 Quarantine begins.

Our quarantine started with limiting school and work interactions.  We had dinner with some friends from Ike's kindergarten.

We had so much fun.  Remember when we could hang out with friends.

 Marble run.

Making jewlery.

Making presents for friends.

 Making other presents for friends.

 Hanging out in the yard.

Then bugs became our friends and the rules got stricter.

We got serious about learning at home.

 At home spa time.

 Snuggles at church.

 Lots of walks.

We started to dress our stuffed animals.  It was surprisingly difficult to put this shirt over his head.

Rex is obsessed with his curl. I am obsessed with Rex's obsession with his curl. He has me cut his hair long in the front so he can have it and after each shower he styles it.  It is fantastic

 Sunset from dinner.

I taught the kids to play rummykub they are great at it.

 Rex built a radio.

Chloe finished her nesting animal set.

 Family campfire.

We stopped getting our own plates and share.  Less dishes.  We are getting more awkard.

 Odd interactions are more frequent.

 Animals have become our friends.

I ran into Stacy on Rex and my Bike ride.  It was a treat.
When the kids steal your phone.

Overall being at home is cool. We had had a lot of good family time.  It gets old doing the same thing over and over again.  Community is important.  I am not the only teacher my kids need.  I may have gone a little crazy and was cheesed at everyone.  After a particularly hard two days Mike started pulling out dirty moves in Monopoly deal it was the last straw and I lost it.  There were two full cups of water on the table.  I asked Rex to put down the computer, Mike implored him not too.  We both repeated our commands over, and over Rex confused just looked back and forth between us.  I just lost and and threw the water anyway. I threw water on Rex, Mike, Ike and grazed Chloe's arm.  The floor got moped and we had a good laugh.  The computer dried out and still works.  I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and enjoys the time they have and connects the best we can with each other. We love and miss everyone.
