If you chance to meet a frown do not let it stay, quickly turn it upside down and smile that frown away.

Chloe decided she loves apples so she had to spell it out.  It has been fun to see her interact with words more and become more interested in reading.  It was the perfect exhibit to visit.

Mike and the kids had an adventurous day while I was at youth conference.

 Angry bird and unicorn.

Mikes friend from work made the cutest hats.
It has been a good and hard week filled with so much fun and remembering, as memorial day is here, and we think of those that we love.  I am thankful there are so many people to love and live life with on this beautiful earth, and look forward to a beautiful bright future.

May 18, 2014 long beach, wa

x-ray  day Chloe drew all her bones.

Chloe's new hat.  Isn't it amazing.  She pointed out one of the amazing features is it has two holes for pony tails.  Underwear hat.

At Kade's dinosaur birthday Jamie told Rex the grapes were dinosaur eggs.
"These are dino eggs."  Rex eats half the grape then declares, "I don't see any babies in these eggs!"

Mike and I went out of town Chloe, Rex and Dri spared no second before having fun.  More fun then parents can handle.  Yeti Yogurt, and the wetlands were definite stops.

Mike and I went to Long Beach, WA.  This is the selfie I took while biking.

California Sea Lions.  They were so loud, but we couldn't get closer because they closed off the pier.  There is an impressive number in one spot.

Shark attack. We are very happy about that.

Jake the alligator boy and Mike the tall guy.

When we got home we were greeted by the "happy parent come home day"  Chloe, Rex and dri made a cake from the amelia bedia book adorned with gummy turtles and bears.  It's a real thing.

We have the coolest friend that puts pictures of the kids on their dogs.  AWESOME, and somehow feels so right.
