This week Mike went to Hawaii for work. He didn't get to hit the beach a lot but he did make it at little.

Chloe wanted to wear her curlers. About ten minuets being in her room I hear, "mom" She took all of them out and then rejected them from her bed.

Last night Rex was telling us one of his jabber stories. Mike told Rex how much he loved his stories. Chloe chimes in from the other room " Yeah, but Mom and I don't because they're boy stories."

March 18, 2012 St. Patricks etc

This week started out with WHAT?

It was Chloe's friends birthday this week.

Chloe took some pictures and here is one.

Chloe keeps telling me not to step on the blue squares they are "fast sand." I kept thinking she said fast stand but with help I finally put it together she is talking about quick sand. Good thing most of the rug is orange. The things she pretends.

This week we went with friends to this indoor play area called Raindrops And Rainbows. SO CUTE! We all had so much fun.

Rex loved this letter L. He would stack up blocks put the L in front and tackle the L knocking all of it down.

It was a good change from the norm.

We are in the bathroom the other day and Chloe sticks out her tummy, rubs it, and says "Mommy one day my food bump is going to tun into a baby." I just thought I hope that is in a few more years.

March 11, 2012 Rex's 2nd birthday

Letter R #8 The girls made robot costumes with red 8's and 8 red buttons.

This week he was begging for deodorant and when I complied he applied liberally. I guess it is never too young to teach proper hygiene.

Chloe had her first trip to the dentist this week. She was such a good listener and they told her she had pretty teeth like a princess. To put it mildly, she was pleased.

Soooo, when it is sunny even if it is cold people, mostly women, dress STUPID. Thanks to Jamie's stealth we got a picture of an example. This young lady has her short shorts and tights, accompanied by her lacy top for our "hot" day. It was about 55 degrees. The worst is she wasn't the worst. There was a girl in a halter top and daisy-dukes that covered almost as much as a swim bottom.

This week Chloe was pretending to go on ba-cation (vacation) and she had he two bags packed and went on the airplane. It was obvious that she is aware of and follows all TSA regulations.
