November 25, 2012 Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving party pilgrim hat snacks

and tea party

So on Wednesday I took off Rex's band-aid to discover that a ton of his skin came with it.  Yikes.  Leprosy was my first thought. We went to the doctor and found out he has a reaction over a long term exposure to the band-aid and the glue they used to seal his head.

We were talking about what our favorite part about Thanksgiving dinner was and Rex said the jelly (Jello)

Chloe sending her love to Aunt because we missed her on thanksgiving.

Setting up the tree.  We had  two excellent helpers getting all of our decor up.

Rex's head a few days later.  The glue and steri-strips fell off and he is left with a big mark. I hope it heals because right now his head is a mess.  He is still cute at least.

November 18, 2012 Bear week

The next generation is playing with the felt pad and balls

We bought a bassinet and Rex was so concerned where the baby that belonged to the bed was kept.

We have been having a hard time deciding what to name the baby.  Rex stated he wanted to name the baby dinosaur. Chloe told him "No, because then the baby would only like dinosaurs, not us."
Unhappy potato

Rex was holding Jesse and in a little voice asked "Cowboy (woodie), where are you?"  then with a pause answered "I in Rexy's room!"

"When I get old I'm going to be by myself so I can have a dog pet and a cat pet."

 RAWWW!

 YUM!

IKEA I think this sign was for animals to put their heads through but our kids worked.

Rex was in the car and took his hat off.  He put his pointer finger through and had his other finger put his pointer in time out and then a whole conversation ensued.  Silly.

Dri had a party and we were invited and it was FUN!

November 11, 2012 shower, zoo

Singing the bears in the bed song at dinner with Dri.

This is the picture chloe drew.  Mike is huge.  I have the baby.  Chloe, Rex and I are all holding hands.  Rex gets no eyes.

Rex is leaving his head alone.  Luckily.

Rex was taking one of the jellyfish bean bags stinging people and saying "zzzzzzz, i got you." Then taping you where you were injured with his hammer and declares "oh, your fixed."  Because hammers fix everything, just ask him.

The baby shower.  Angie threw us.

She got presents for the kids.  More like she spoiled them rotten.  They got shirts that said big brother and sister, these magnet dolls, and coloring packets.

Woodland park zoo. The leaves were HUGE!

"Oh, wow 2 hip-po-potamus"

Rex was in love with the orangutan he kept asking to see them.

 Awesome owl.

Fun freezing day at the Woodland Park Zoo.  Dri made us aggressively nutritious salads that were indeed aggressively nutritious.

Chloe got a canker sore in her mouth.  I told her what it was and she was going to have to eat less sugar.  She replied "I never want sugar again, I hate  kangaroo sores."  I don't think she knows sugar = candy.
