June 2, 2013 Memorial day, Lindsey visit, Duck parade

 Chloe's quilt is FINISHED!

Hanging out with the Dimonds
Chloe told Mike he was a "weak horse" because he didn't feel up to packing all four kids for an extended period of time.

Silver Falls State Park:

The kids favorite part about hiking is seeing/petting all the dogs.

Rex wearing two shirts and checking out where we're going to go.

The lake in beautiful Sweet Home Oregon

Rex on the way home, it was too bright.

Driving home Lindsey says "Wait, why are they against happiness?"  Then realized they were no hitch-hiking signs.

Driving home from Sweet Home we saw the AMAZING rainbow at our backs.

 Rex styling himself
He announced "I am puddle proof and want to go in water!"

 Memorial Day with the Cranney's

This is Schuylers little spot.
We were so thankful for all the people who visited and put flowers, especially since we couldn't make it down.

This hideous gem came from a sock cat kit Dri bequeathed Chloe.

 Cutting Elizabeth's hair

She is so cute and looks awesome with long and short hair.

Screen printing class with Dri has been a party.

One night I came home late and found these PJ's in the trash.  I saw my hair scissors on the counter and jumped to conclusion that Chloe was naughty.  Come to find out...when we asked her about it she was trying to do the spits and ripped her PJ's. The demonstration was priceless.

Rex "made" the bed for me as a surprise.

 The duck day parade

The other day mike was taking to Chloe and Chloe's comeback was: "I have lot's of brains beneath this blonde hair!"  I am wondering who told her that because usually she refers to herself as golden and brown hair.

Kayak time.  Mike is so close to being done.

If the tip-off of Rex hiding under his blanket when the sun came out wasn't a big enough give away... We have embraced the Pacific NW so much Rex has sported sock and sandals.

These are from mikes camera when we went to Whidbe Island

  1. Seriously can your family get any cooler?! First off thanks for cutting my hair. Second I love Silver Falls State Park. And third, I'm sad to have missed the Duck Parade, but I'm super impressed with Mike's duck shirt. That is awesome.
